Seema Kumar joined Cure Experience in 2022 as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Cure, Ms. Kumar spent nearly 20 years at Johnson & Johnson in senior leadership roles, including most recently as the Global Head, Office of Innovation, Global Health and Scientific Engagement, and served on J&J’s Innovation Strategy, Public health leadership and the COVID-19 vaccine steering committee, where she led the company’s external affairs efforts and public education program on COVID and vaccine literacy. Before her tenure at J&J, Ms. Kumar played a leadership role in the Human Genome Project, at the Whitehead Institute/Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Genome Research. She also has held leadership positions at the U.S. National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), the National Institutes of Health, and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.

Julia Zhou is the CIO at Community Behavioral Health, where she is involved in building technology strategies to transform CBH technology.

Growing up amidst humble beginnings in Northeastern China, she moved to New York for her graduate studies, where she worked three part-time jobs to support herself. Today, Julia is a renowned figure in healthcare technology, with over 25 years of Health IT experience.

She is a passionate mountaineer and an alpinist - having scaled the Andes in South America and 8000-meter peaks in the Himalayas! She is also a rescue diver, runner and enjoys everything that connects her with nature.

Usha runs the Global Delivery for Application Services Business of IBM in India. The role involves delivering to a portfolio of clients across 13 Industries and 7 locations for a range of services from Consulting to Design Build and Support. Ensuring profitable delivery of the programs, right balance of client relationships and driving the Innovation & People Agenda is her key focus. She is also a Board of Director with IBM India and on the Global Advisory Board of IBM's Industry Academy.

Prior to this she used to lead the global delivery for Financial Services Clients (Banking & Insurance) and comes with over 26 years of experience. She has worked with various banks on strategy, solution shaping and supporting implementation of Global Delivery Models for various types of services with focus on cost takeout and innovation leverage.

Sarah K. Diamond is a seasoned global leader with deep experience in the financial services, technology, consulting, and regulatory sectors. She was the Global Managing Director of Financial Services at IBM, where she led the top 50 global financial services clients to embrace digitization to grow their businesses and create customer value.

Sarah is passionate about supporting the development of women’s careers and the importance of education and is currently an Executive Mentor with the ExCo Group which helps executives and teams develop their full leadership potential. She also volunteers with PENCIL – an organization focused on connecting NYC students with business professionals and is a mentor to the Columbia University Executive Master of Science in Technology Management Program.
