Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Junior Service Desk Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients and assisting with various IT-related tasks. Responsibilities

Assist clients with technical issues via phone, email, or in-person

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems

Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals

Maintain and update documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting guides

Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues

Monitor and respond to system alerts and escalate as necessary

Provide excellent customer service and establish positive relationships with clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems

Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols

Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
