Design and implement scalable, high-performance database solutions using MongoDB.

Ensure database performance optimization, tuning, and high availability.

Develop strategies for database security, backup, and disaster recovery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.

Manage database migration, upgrade, and patching activities.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Work closely with the application team to understand what changes are coming in a build/patch/hotfix, do an impact analysis, fine-tune the queries if any.

Provide technical guidance and support in resolving complex database issues.

Provide regular / periodic house keeping / maintenance of MongoDB

Deep knowledge on internal structure of MongoDB

Strong scripting experience - Unix/Shell Scripting, Python

Technical knowledge of Linux & Windows-based platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication Skill
