Glenn leads our global Partnerships, Advisory and drives our emerging AI ecosystem to develop a scalable partner growth engine.
Glenn is an entrepreneur at heart with multiple successful startup exits and he still writes software code, architecting products and solutions. Most recently, Glenn was the Founder & CEO of Kudu.co – an enterprise AI sales enablement SaaS product company partnered with Salesforce that he successfully envisioned, scaled and exited. Glenn also founded VestaLabs, a software & videogame product and services company, and VMC Consulting, a global QA, development and technical support company.
He is a seasoned technical executive leader having also scaled large technology companies, rapidly growing hi-tech services and product development at Capgemini (Aricent and Altran acquisition), HCL Tech, Amazon, Sierra Geophysics (Halliburton), ST Labs (Lionbridge), SureFind (Paul Allen), Tandem Computers and GTE Telecom (Verizon). He was the President and Global Head of Software & Digital Services for Capgemini and Microsoft Executive Client Partner and Head of Global QA for HCL.
Glenn has built deep strategic 360-degree partner ecosystems to drive rapid growth of over $3B in deals with hyperscalers, database and AI platform companies including Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, IBM, OpenAI, Sony, Xbox, Nintendo, Apple, HP and Salesforce.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, trail running, mountain climbing, skiing and travelling.

He thinks ahead and his implementation of ‘disk based backup using SAN replication’ in one of his previous organizations as early as in 2005 is a proof of his visionary skills. Chandra is a graduate in Electronics and communication engineering.
Chandra once an avid reader, always sees things from a completely new perspective. He brings those new perspectives in his writing. He wrote about the feelings of a ‘self-respecting’ individual who was caught between waters and survival during the floods in 2015. He captured the feelings of an upcoming fast bowler when Phil Hughes died from a bouncer from Sean Abbott. Against everyone’s wish and prayer, he wrote why Tendulkar should stop at 99 centuries and not try 100. He has plenty of such short stories to write. He has reserved all of them for ‘post-retirement’ life. He loves cooking, housekeeping and helping his wife in the morning hours. He jokes his wife hates cricket as much as he loves it.
Previously, he held multiple roles within the Healthcare BU at Cognizant, both in the US and India. He is currently based out of Chennai, India. In his free time, he enjoys long-distance cycling and listening to music.
