BOARD MEMBERS
Pramod Bhasin is an Operating Partner at Kedaara Capital, an India-focused private equity firm. Pramod’s career spans a professional and entrepreneurial journey in Financial Services and Business Process Management across the globe.
He founded Genpact, a global leading company in Business Process Management, in 1997 and was its President & CEO till June 2011. Under his leadership, Genpact pioneered in the BPO industry in many countries including India and China; its market capitalization grew from US $500 million in 2005 to over US $3.5 billion when he retired. Genpact is acknowledged today as the leader in its industry with over 75,000 employees across 17 countries and over US $2 billion in revenues.
Prior to Genpact, his career with GE Capital spanned 25 years across the US, UK and Asia. He was earlier the CEO of GE Capital in India & Asia and prior to that worked with GE Capital in Stamford, CT in the Leveraged Buy Out group.
In September 2016, Pramod along with partners acquired the businesses of GE Capital – India, now known as Clix Capital. He is the Chairman of Clix Capital, which is a broad based NBFC, focused on providing digital platforms and financial services to commercial companies and consumers across India.
Pramod is the co-founder of Asha Impact, Virtual Fund focused on Social Impact Investments and Advocacy. He is an active investor in different companies, from start-ups to ongoing businesses. He has also co-founded the Skills Academy that focuses on providing vocational skills training to lower income youth in villages across the country. The Skills Academy has trained over 50,000 students and placed majority of them in jobs, post training.
Pramod serves on the Boards of DLF Ltd, SRF Ltd and NDTV. He is also on the governing Board of ICRIER, Help Age and The Shri Ram School. He has been the Chairman of Nasscom and noted “IT Man of the Year” by Dataquest in 2010.

Keith served as the vice chairman of Tenet Healthcare Corporation from 2013 until 2019. He joined Tenet from Vanguard Health Systems, where he also served as vice chairman. Prior to joining Vanguard, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mariner Post-Acute Network, a post-acute services group that operated nursing homes, long-term acute-care hospitals, sub-acute assisted living facilities, and institutional pharmacies and provided therapy and rehabilitation staffing services. In addition, Keith served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for OrNda HealthCorp, a predecessor of Tenet. Prior to joining OrNda, he was a consultant to healthcare organizations, including as a partner in Ernst & Young’s healthcare consulting practice. He is a member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of CPAs, and served three terms as the chairman of the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH), the industry association that represents investor-owned hospitals. Keith is a CPA and has a B.S. in business administration from the University of Florida.

Sarah K. Diamond is a seasoned global leader with deep experience in the financial services, technology, consulting, and regulatory sectors. She was the Global Managing Director of Financial Services at IBM, where she led the top 50 global financial services clients to embrace digitization to grow their businesses and create customer value.
Sarah is passionate about supporting the development of women’s careers and the importance of education and is currently an Executive Mentor with the ExCo Group which helps executives and teams develop their full leadership potential. She also volunteers with PENCIL – an organization focused on connecting NYC students with business professionals and is a mentor to the Columbia University Executive Master of Science in Technology Management Program.

He is an Award-Winning Author of a Book, ‘Success Breakthrough’, that he co-authored with Jack Canfield of the Chicken Soup of the Soul series and other authors. He won the ‘ET NOW Business Leader of the Year (Technology), and he was selected by the Times Group as one the ‘Top 50 most promising leaders in Asia’.
In the past, he has been the Head of M&A, Consulting and Global Sales for a publicly-traded (NASDAQ) IT Services company and has been the CEO of a publicly listed company. He has pursued a JV with GE and has engaged with GE for over 15 years. He is an Electrical Engineer and has a PG in Management from IIM Kolkata and an Advanced Professional Certificate from Stern School of Management, NYU. He has done an OPM Executive Program at HBS. He has been an Adjunct Professor teaching Executive MBA and Part-time MBA students at Rutgers University, State University of New Jersey. He is one of the founding charter members of TiE NJ/Phily and has been a guest speaker at various industry forums, Universities and MBA schools.
Individually and through GS Lab | GAVS Sumit has been involved in various community service activities, and actively pursues tennis, golf and gym activities.
Deepak has held leadership roles in various industries across India, China, US, Europe and South Asia with some of the leading companies in the world like GE and JCB Group.
Deepak has been a CFO with GE Energy, CFO for the GE Satyam JV, and he led that initiative as the Chief Integration Officer, he was the CFO for Genpact at Netherlands and was the Chief Integration Officer for that M&A for Genpact. He was the Asia Pacific Controller for GE Industrial and Consumer with a key focus on M&A and divestiture. He was with GE Group for almost 18 years.
He was the CFO of JCB, a British firm that is a world leader in construction equipment, for 4 years, and Deepak was involved with the business unit that contributed the highest percentage of EBITDA for JCB Global. His last engagement was with an exciting US-based technology company, Datavant-Ciox focused on Healthcare Technologies.

Balaji has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, across application value management, infrastructure management, BPO and Strategic Operations handling, P&L, Delivery, Operations and customer relations across multiple verticals which includes Information Services, Retail & Hospitality, Media & Publishing, Manufacturing & Logistics, and Consumer goods. Balaji has played various roles across geographies viz., USA, Continental Europe, and Asia Pacific, through his previous stints at Patni Computers, L&T Infotech, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Virtusa Software Solution Limited.
Balaji’s enthusiasm, energy and client focus is a rare gift, and he plays a key role in bringing new clients into GS Lab | GAVS. He says work is worship for him, and enjoys watching cricket, listening to classical music and visiting temples.

With extensive experience in the technology sector, Shreeranganath, known professionally as SK, has held various leadership roles in prominent organizations. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Birlasoft, where he led global delivery, operations, and oversaw enabling functions. Before that, he was Managing Director heading the Financial Services Technology division at Accenture. SK also served as Location Head for Cognizant Pune, where he managed the largest relationship and spearheaded infrastructure business setup and M&A of captive of large bank. He also oversaw Cognizant’s Pune Development Center alongside his business portfolio. Additionally, he led the Europe business for the UK portfolio at Cognizant, driving significant growth.
Earlier in his career, SK led the Healthcare portfolio at Infosys and served as Location Head for Infosys Pune. He also held various senior roles in Infosys, including the position of Development Center Head for Infosys Pune.
His expertise spans technology delivery, sales, and client relationships and has played a pivotal role in anchoring mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in managing technology services, sales, client engagements, and strategic business units. SK has a proven track record of managing relationships with Fortune 500 and Wall Street clients across various geographies, including North America, UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, and emerging markets.
SK has presented papers at national and international forums and enjoys hobbies such as music, reading, and sports. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an Advanced Diploma in Management and Operation Research.

Guru heads the US Sales and is based out of Chicago. He is responsible for the overall business development, customer acquisition, customer engagement, customer growth and client services for GS Lab | GAVS growing list of clientele and stakeholders in the US. Guru has over 20 plus years of business leadership experience across industries and geographies. He joined GS Lab | GAVS from a cloud services startup, where he was the Managing Partner. Prior to that, he was the Vice President and part of the Leadership Team at iGate Corp and was responsible for multiple industry verticals. He is also experienced in marketing and has driven marketing for global companies like Coca-Cola and Asian Paints. He has expertise in engaging with global 2000 CXOs, building businesses through client engagement, building value based relationships and crafting solutions that addresses client business problems. He holds an engineering degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IIM Bangalore, India. His interests include writing blogs on various technology and business issues. Guru is a passionate trekker and a runner and has participated in several marathons and trekked in various regions of the world.
Niraj is a distinguished global business leader with nearly three decades of insightful industry experience. Throughout his career, he has showcased exceptional leadership across various sectors including Integration, Telecom, ISVs Enterprises, BFSI, Healthcare, and Enterprise Customers. His expertise encompasses Global Delivery Management, strategic Business Unit Leadership, P&L Ownership, and leading Enterprise Digital Transformation Business Units.
During his tenure at Persistent Systems spanning over 18 years, Niraj has held multiple pivotal roles. These include leading Business Units in Integration across BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom Units (Tier-0/1/2 Telco), ISV Unit including large accounts and Fortune 500 companies, Digital Transformation for Enterprise Customers, Key Account Management, Customer Partner, and Program Management. He has demonstrated strong experience in integrating and expanding acquired entities (M&A), achieving a five-fold revenue growth in the past two years through successful integration efforts, earning his unit the distinction of being the fastest-growing at Persistent.
Prior to Persistent, Niraj spent almost 6 years with Wipro Technologies, where he was an integral part of the core team during the setup of the Pune Center. He also gained valuable experience working with Tata Infotech and Kirloskar Cummins.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Niraj enjoys traveling, watching movies, and swimming.
Rahul has over 25 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, engineering and general management. He has held sales leadership roles for products and services at large organizations such as Tech Mahindra, ElectrifAi, Accelerite and Motorola and has also built revenues from the ground-up at few startups. Most recently, he was Chief Revenue Officer at ElectrifAi, which provides pre-built machine learning solutions for enterprises globally. Prior roles included SVP sales at Tech Mahindra where he oversaw their communications technology practice, as SVP sales he headed their mobile and telecom practice and was part of the founding team of Accelerite, and during a long stint at Motorola, he held leadership positions in business development, product management and engineering for telecom infrastructure and services.
Rahul is also a respected M&A and turnaround leader having acquired and led businesses from HP and Intel. He brings this entrepreneurial spirit and drive to push boundaries and scale our business for impact. He leads with empathy and is passionate about growing employees into high performance teams.

Chandra heads the IMS practice at GS Lab | GAVS . He has around 25+ years of rich experience in IT Infrastructure Management, enterprise applications design & development and incubation of new products / services in various industries. He was with Genpact earlier, where he had served as CTO for about 7 years before becoming the leader of IP Creation. He had built a new virtual desktop service called LeanDeskSM for Genpact, from ‘concept’ to ‘commercialization’.
He has also created a patent for a mistake proofing application called ‘Advanced Command Interface”. He thinks ahead and his implementation of ‘disk based backup using SAN replication’ in one of his previous organizations as early as in 2005 is a proof of his visionary skills. Chandra is a graduate in Electronics and communication engineering.
Chandra once an avid reader, always sees things from a completely new perspective. He brings those new perspectives in his writing. He wrote about the feelings of a ‘self-respecting’ individual who was caught between waters and survival during the floods in 2015. He captured the feelings of an upcoming fast bowler when Phil Hughes died from a bouncer from Sean Abbott. Against everyone’s wish and prayer, he wrote why Tendulkar should stop at 99 centuries and not try 100. He has plenty of such short stories to write. He has reserved all of them for ‘post-retirement’ life. He loves cooking, housekeeping and helping his wife in the morning hours. He jokes his wife hates cricket as much as he loves it.
Sangeeta Malkhede heads our global HR team. A senior HR leader with strong convictions, values, and experiences, she has an innovative approach towards HR practice and has previous leadership roles at companies like Patni Computer Systems, CSS Corp, Matrimony.com and Team Lease Services Ltd, where she drove overall HR to drive Culture of Performance, Building Leadership Talent, Organization Effectiveness, Change Management and Employee Engagement etc. One of her primary focus areas as Head of HR is to drive a customer-first mindset in employees and programs, enhancing work productivity and engagement.
Sangeeta is an avid reader and a keen observer of human behavior. She enjoys playing & following Badminton, Tennis and Cricket, has a passion for cooking, travelling and hydroponic farming. She firmly believes that “people are the key to building a successful organization” and thus strives to create strategic HR that aligns with business vision and goals.
