Job Description

•           Prepare API documentation, use case documentation and internal offerdocumentation.

•           Disseminate technical information in easy-to-understand language for anon-technical/sales audience

•           Have technical accuracy in writing user documentation

•           Create software documentation after a thorough collaboration with subjectmatter experts and technical staff

•           Help other team members in creating documentation

•           Ability to take existing and potential content and improve it

•           Convert complex documentation to easy language for multiple audiences

•           Create sample scripts for overview videos with screenshots and tutorials

•           Write documentation for internal teams such as developers and programmers

•           Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner

•           Research and understand the technical conceptsor products and develop user-friendly content with minimal grammar errors.

•           Proofread and edit spelling, grammar, and syntax

•           Collaborate closely with engineering, ensuring technical accuracy andsimplified content

•           Ensure that content meets the MSTP and customer writing standards/style guide

•           Perform thorough self-review as well as peer-review to minimize grammar ortechnical errors.

•           Make sure that the content is authentic and end-to-end complete. 

•           Work on the assigned task or project independently or with minimal supervision

•           Contribute towards enhancing the documentation for better user-experience

•           Follow through the processes defined by the client as well as the company

Requirements

•           Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology,Computer Science, or other related disciplines.

•           Must have experience in the IT domain

•           5+ years of proven experience in writing technical documentation and working insoftware provider/SaaS organization

•           Understand and explain complex technical concepts and awareness of cloud, APIs

•           Strong research and analytical skills

•           Ability to undertake multiple deliverables and deliver on tight deadlines

•           Excellent technical writing skills and thought process

•           Excellent verbal communication skills & Detail-oriented

•           Good working knowledge of MS Office suit and experience with writingOpenAPI/Swagger documentation

•           Solid grip on documentation publishing software.

•           Individual contributor and a team player

•           Good researching and logical skills
