Job Description

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Strong understanding of security concepts, including threat modelling, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.

2.Align with technological Systems/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and industry-standard service management principles (such as ITIL) with experience in integrating security best practices at every process stage.

3.Familiarity with automation tools and experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

4.Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management with automated tools.

5.A part of Agile development teams to deliver an end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management in a cloud environment.

6.Ensure incident tracking tools are updated in accordance with established norms and processes, gather all essential data and document any discoveries and concerns.

7.Troubleshoot, identify, and fix problems in the DevSecOps domain.

8.Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs.

9.Strong problem-solving skills, including analysing complex security issues and developing effective solutions.

10.A passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest security trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

1.Experience in collaborating with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure that security is integrated into the development process.

2.2-4 years of related job experience.

3.Experience coordinating and performing vulnerability assessments through the use of automated and manual tools.

4.Familiarity with information security frameworks and standards.

5.Understanding on code review and code hosting platform for version control and collaboration (GitHub).

6.Good knowledge on any of two tools - Blackduck, Nexus Lifecycle, Nessus, Nmap, CheckMarx, Veracode and similar related tools.

7.Basic understanding on Cloud Platforms such as Azure, Atlassian Bamboo, GitLab, TFS.

8.Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

9.Self-motivated, open mindset, ownership mindset, good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with strong "can-do" attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.CEH or other Security Certifications good to have, not mandatory.
