We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure network solutions. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of our network infrastructure while providing technical leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design and Architecture:

Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures that meet the organization's requirements for scalability, security, and performance.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance network capabilities.

Implementation and Maintenance:

Deploy and configure network hardware and software components.

Conduct regular network performance tuning and optimization.

Ensure high availability and reliability of network services.

Security:

Implement and enforce security measures to protect the network infrastructure from cyber threats.

Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Provide advanced technical support for network-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network problems.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Develop and update network diagrams.

Team Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the network team.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.

Capacity Planning:

Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning to accommodate future growth.

Recommend infrastructure upgrades and improvements.

6+ years of experience in network engineering roles.

Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and security standards.

Experience with firewall configurations, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
