IT Compliance and Policy Development:

Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to IT compliance standards and recommend improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT Management, or a related field.
Minimum of X years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on supporting IT departments.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Technical proficiency in IT systems, applications, and terminology.
