We are seeking a experienced Solutions Consultant with a strong background in Application Services. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in healthcare and demonstrate proficiency in crafting compelling proposals to meet client needs. As a key member of our solutions and strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, understanding client requirements, and delivering impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Presales Support:
· Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and pain points to identify opportunities for IT solutions.
· Develop and deliver high-quality presales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
· Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
2. Solution Design and Proposal Development:
· Work closely with technical development and engineering teams to design innovative IT solutions aligned with client needs.
· Create detailed solution architectures, workflows, and technical specifications to support proposal development.
· Develop comprehensive proposals, including project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and cost estimates.
3. Domain Expertise:
· Leverage deep domain knowledge in healthcare to understand industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
· Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and competitive landscape within the healthcare IT sector.
· Translate industry insights into actionable recommendations and strategies to address client needs effectively.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and end users.
· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and expertise to support their IT initiatives.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions to existing clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
· Proven experience (7+ years) in presales consulting, IT application support, and development within the healthcare industry.
· Understanding of healthcare IT systems, EMR/EHR solutions, and clinical workflows.
· Demonstrated expertise in crafting and delivering proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation and a focus on delivering value to clients.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional team.
