O365 Engineer

Responsible for implementation, configuration and management of O365 suite and troubleshooting issues pertaining to it.

Managing the deployment of new features or functionality after they have been tested in a staging environment.

Providing training to users on how to use Office 365 and other colloboration tools effectively.

Creating reports about the usage of Office 365 and identifying potential areas for improvement based on the data collected.

Administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure

Manage Office 365 issues with respect to connectivity and mobility.

Provide technical solution advisement to our Agents and Team Leads.

Handle Tier 3 operations for all Office365 workloads majorly - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams,Security & Compliance

Manage Azure AD and AD connect.

Will be responsible for updating, sharing daily, weekly & monthly Office365 related tickets tracker & analysis.

Initiate improvements in tools, ticket scoping, requirements gathering, processes, & people

Should be able to use & provide advanced tools for Office365 issues diagnosis & troubleshooting.

Responsible for handling individual projects related to new implementations, improvisations or migrations to Office365 from multiple source platforms.


Technical experience:


Extensive knowledge of emailing: MS Exchange & Online (O365)

Extensive knowledge of SMTP, POP3 and Exchange mail protocols.

Extensive knowledge of Exchange Hybrid Configuration & Mail Flow troubleshooting

Able to troubleshoot complex Exchange Online Mail Flow & Environmental Issues.

Able to analyze Exchange Logs and provide RCA of the reported issues

Relevant experience on Office365 Exchange Online, Online Spam Filtering, Connectors, Transport Rule, Auditing, Retention & Archival policies, DLP, 

Message Trace & header Analysis, Public Folder Management.

Should have extensive knowledge in AZURE AD and AD Connect implementation.

Should have good understanding of MS Teams troubleshooting.

Should understand SharePoint Online architecture and troubleshoot issues.

Should have extensive experience in performance monitoring and troubleshooting activities in O365 using tools like PowerShell, MFCMapi, ID Fix, ODT, Email Flow, 

Diagnostic tools etc

Should have extensive experience in working with Exchange Backups and Restores using native backup tools and 3rd party backup software.

Extensive understanding of network protocols e.g. TCP IP & mail traffic & DNS flows.

Tools knowledge such as Proof point is an added advantage.



Qualifications


8+ years of experience.

L2/L3 Knowledge in o365, Teams, Sharepoint, Azure AD, AD connect.

Good communication skills.

Individual contributor.

Experience in handling US/UK clients.
