Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. D365 CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Sr. D365 CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This is a crucial role that requires a deep understanding of CRM development principles and a strong background in customization and configuration of D365 CRM.


Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and configure CRM entities, workflows, business rules, plugins, and processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into CRM functionalities and configurations

Design and implement complex data migration and integration strategies with third-party systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in existing CRM processes and provide innovative solutions

Conduct thorough testing and debugging activities to ensure the quality and functionality of CRM solutions

Provide technical expertise and support to CRM end-users, troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions

Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and best practices, and share knowledge with the development team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM development using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.)

In-depth knowledge of CRM customization and configuration features, including entity customization, workflows, business rules, and plugins

Experience with integration technologies and tools, such as REST APIs and Azure Logic Apps

Familiarity with CRM data migration and integration techniques

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Highly motivated and able to work independently and in a team-oriented setting

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (desired)
