•The US HR Payroll Consultant/Tester is responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and testing payroll systems to ensure accuracy and functionality. This role requires a blend of payroll management expertise and software testing skills to ensure the integrity and efficiency of payroll operations.

•Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

•Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, Workday).

•Experience with testing tools and methodologies.

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management and payroll system testing.

•Experience in a consulting role is preferred.
