Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring effective collaboration between cross-functional team members. You will play a key role in guiding and coaching the team to deliver high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings

Collaborate with Product Owners and Development Team to define and prioritize product backlog items

Help the team estimate and plan work for each sprint, ensuring deliverables are met

Coach and motivate team members to embrace Agile practices and values

Identify and remove any obstacles that may impede team progress

Foster a positive team environment and ensure effective communication and collaboration

Track and report team progress, ensuring transparency and visibility

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus among team members

Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects using Agile methodologies

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Working knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
