JD for Lead ERP Functional Consultant:

Importantly should have more than 6+ years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration and customization

Proven experience with any major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc) and strong knowledge of modules and functionalities.

Proficiency in business process analysis and mapping.

Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, Conduct comprehensive process mapping and gap analysis.

Experience in translate business requirements into functional specifications with more detailed and followed best practices

Experience in Develop and execute test plans, Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with client stakeholders

Conduct grooming/ story review meeting and provide necessary inputs to development team

Experience in JIRA/ Azure Dev Ops, etc.

Experience of database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality BRD, FRD on time.
