As an Application Operating Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our software applications. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise, as well as providing support to end-users. Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of software applications.

Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software problems.

Provide support to end-users, addressing their concerns and inquiries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Ensure the integrity and security of applications and data.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in application operations.

Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.

Requirements :

Experience handling L1 troubleshooting & incidents for Web / HTML5 / Dot Net Application

Escalate incidents to L2, Monitoring alerts and User access management

Experience working on application support & configurations and System administration

Knowledgeable in SQL queries & administration

ITIL Foundation certification or training

Willing to work on 24/7 shifts

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Proven experience in application operations or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.

Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and technologies.

Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools.

Knowledge of database management systems.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments.
