Summary: 

As an Senior Automation Engineer, you will apply innovative ideas to drive the automation of Delivery & operational functions/processes at the client level. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in data, processes, systems and reporting. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality automation solutions. You will ensure the successful execution of these projects, while also performing quality checks to guarantee the delivery of high-standard solutions

Requirements: 

Experience with Rest Assured and automating REST web services.

Experience with testing APIs using API testing tools such as Postman.

Proven experience as a Lead/Senior RPA Engineer, with a focus on Python or similar development languages.

Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and delivering RPA projects.

Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications.

Solid understanding of software development principles and practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

- Engage in all phases of automation projects, analyzing, detailed design, configuration & Software Engineering and implementation and post-implementation support. 

- Project Management: Lead and manage Automation development projects with external teams, including defining project goals, establishing timelines, and overseeing deliverables.

- Process Automation: Design and develop RPA solutions using Python, PowerShell or other relevant scripting languages, automating repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Problem Solving: Identify and proactively address potential roadblocks, challenges, and risks in RPA development projects, implementing effective solutions and contingency plans for improvements.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, specifications, progress, and any modifications made throughout the development lifecycle.

- Maintenance and Support: Monitor and maintain deployed RPA solutions, providing ongoing support and updates as needed. Address any issues or enhancements that arise post-implementation.

- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver effective automation solutions.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in RPA. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance automation capabilities and efficiency.

Preferred :

• Knowledge in any or all the following : ServiceNow, NextThink, Moveworks, Pathlock

• Familiar with different automation scripts is a strong benefit.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and escalate tasks.
