Customer support: Answering phone calls, emails, and instant messages from users 

 

Ticket management: Logging, prioritizing, and escalating service desk tickets 

 

Relationship management: Working with vendors and support staff to resolve issues 

 

Incident management: Documenting and managing problems and work requests 

 

Task management: Managing scheduled tasks for customers 

 

Issue identification: Identifying repeat issues or service risks 

 

Communication: Liaising with management to communicate and understand
