Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) professional to join our team. As an ITSM expert, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing the IT services that support our organization's goals and objectives. Your expertise in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and service management methodologies will be essential in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of IT services to our internal stakeholders.


In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and improve IT service management processes and procedures. You will also be responsible for overseeing the incident, problem, and change management processes, as well as leading efforts to improve service quality and customer satisfaction through feedback and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will participate in IT service reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures

Manage the incident, problem, and change management processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT service issues

Conduct IT service reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Provide training and guidance to IT teams on ITSM best practices

Monitor and report on the performance of IT service management processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field

ITIL Foundation certification required, ITIL Expert certification preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management role

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices

Experience in implementing and managing IT service management tools

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results

Proven track record of improving service quality and customer satisfaction

Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and systems
