Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON, YAML, MST, CSV), and data transformation techniques.

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and development best practices.

Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or Java for custom development and integration scripts.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Knowledge of database concepts (SQL, relational, and NoSQL) and experience with data integrations.

Experience with middleware platforms and message queues is a plus.
