Responsibilities

Lead the performance testing efforts for various applications and systems.

Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.

Monitor and analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure performance considerations are integrated into design and development processes.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior performance testers and team members.

Develop and maintain performance testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.

Communicate testing findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance testing of web and enterprise applications.

Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.

Strong understanding of scripting languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation tasks.

Experience with cloud technologies and performance testing in cloud environments.

Ability to analyze system performance metrics and diagnose issues effectively.

Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
