Responsibilities

Participate in user training sessions to improve user understanding of applications.

Maintain application documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.

Identify areas for improvement in application processes and user experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of application support processes and technical troubleshooting methodologies.

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Familiarity with databases and SQL for querying and managing data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with users and team members.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
