We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesforce/nCino Developer to join our team. In

this role, they will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that optimize

our Salesforce and nCino Bank Operating System environments. They will collaborate with

business analysts, administrators, and developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences, ensuring

that our solutions drive efficiency and enhance customer experiences for both internal and external

users.

Responsibilities:

 nCino Configuration & Development:

o Configure and customize the nCino Bank Operating System to meet the needs of Commercial

Credit, Business Banking, and Middle Market solutions.

o Implement and configure key nCino features such as Loan Origination, Product Catalog,

Product Packages, Credit Memo, Collateral Management, and Smart Checklists.

o Customize nCino UI, including UI Groups, Routes, and Screens, to create a seamless user

experience.

 Salesforce Development & Customization:

o Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and

SOQL to meet specific business requirements.

o Use Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to automate business processes

and improve operational efficiency.

o Design and implement custom pages, components, and controllers to deliver tailored

functionality in Salesforce.

 Salesforce Integration:

o Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems,

utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and ETL tools to ensure seamless data

flow and system interoperability.

o Work on data integration strategies, ensuring the integration of Salesforce with

external systems, including core banking platforms and other business applications.

 Solution Design & Architecture:

o Contribute in design sessions to define scalable and maintainable technical solutions

that meet business needs.

o Create high-level solution designs, prototypes, and documentation to ensure alignment

with business goals and system architecture.

o Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities

and design end-to-end solutions for core banking services, including deposits,

lending, and digital banking

 Agile Development & Collaboration:

o Participate in Agile development processes, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-

ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

o Follow best practices for Salesforce and nCino development and integration.

o Ensure smooth and efficient code deployment in Salesforce Sandboxes, branching

strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

 Deployment & Maintenance:

o Oversee code merging and deployments, ensuring changes are effectively transitioned

from development to production.

o Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, optimizing Salesforce and nCino

configurations for better performance and scalability.

o Optimize Salesforce Sandboxes and deployment strategies, ensuring smooth

operations.

 Collaboration & Communication:

o Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and third-party vendors to

gather and refine requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives.

o Provide comprehensive documentation and training to users to ensure the successful

adoption of new features and processes.

Required Qualifications:

 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web

Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

 3+ years of hands-on experience with nCino Bank Operating System, including modules

like Loan Origination, Product Catalog, Credit Memo, Collateral Management, and

Smart Checklists.

 Extensive experience with Salesforce integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs,

Web Services, and ETL tools for connecting Salesforce with external systems.

 In-depth knowledge of banking operations, especially Commercial Credit, Business

Banking, and Middle Market, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end credit cycle.

 Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow

Rules.

 Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SCRUM methodologies.

 Strong hands-on experience with nCino UI Configuration, including routes, screen setups,

and nCino Smart Checklists.

 Expertise in Salesforce deployment strategies, code merging, and maintaining smooth change

management processes.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across

technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

 nCino Certifications (e.g., nCino 201, nCino 301) are preferred.

 Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications or equivalent.

 Experience with Salesforce AppExchange solutions.

 Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce-based applications.
