• Experience & Skills

5+ years of professional UXdesign experience 
Proficiency in Figma
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX projects, including user research,wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Experience with user research: conducting user interviews, usability testing,surveys, and synthesizing data to inform design decisions.
Prototyping and wireframing skills: ability to create low and high-fidelityprototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts.
Visual design skills: strong grasp of typography, color theory, grid systems,and branding.
Interaction design: ability to define and create interactions that improveusability and user engagement.
Familiarity with front-end development: understanding of HTML, CSS, andJavaScript is beneficial but not always required.

• Communication Skills

Strong written and verbalcommunication: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, user needs, andproduct goals.
Presentation skills: Comfort presenting design solutions to senior leadership,clients, and stakeholders.
Collaboration and feedback: Ability to work collaboratively, taking feedbackfrom multiple sources and refining designs accordingly.

• Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, ora related field.
Experience with motion design or animation tools is a plus.
Experience with usability testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop).
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance).

Experience in a specificdomain or industry is must (e.g., fintech, healthcare,
investment banking, mutual funds, wealth management, BFSI, asset management)
