Experience - 8 to 10 years

Mandatory skills - Core Java, Linux Basics (commands/shell scripting), SQL Basics, Good Communication Skills, Good Problem Solving Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Understand the product and continuous learning of various components of the product.

-Taking ownership of escalations and other deliverables.

-Analysing issues and performing corresponding actions to resolve the issue.

-Com1municating with all the stakeholders to provide timely updates.

-Communicating with other teams to get required information related to issues or deliverables.

-In case of a product defect, follow-up with development team for validation of the issue, raising Jiras with all the artifacts and details and further following up with assigned developer for ETA as well as fix.

-Bug fixes whenever required and testing fixes before delivering it to stakeholders.

-Attending calls or web sessions with stakeholders in order to troubleshoot severity issues.

Good to have skills - Git, Apache Kafka, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Advanced Java (Spring-boot/Hibernate), React JS, Telecom domain experience
