JD For Inside Sales Senior Executive

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Senior Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets by managing and nurturing leads, building strong customer relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This role involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Management and Conversion:

    • Proactively manage and follow up on leads and inquiries.

    • Qualify leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.

    • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities

  2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with the prospects.

    • Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture relationships.

    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  3. Inside Sales Strategy Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve targets.

    • Hunt for your database and qualify leads/prospects based on offerings and geography

    • Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and maximize results.

    • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales tactics.

  4. Events and Promotion:

    • Fixing up meetings with CIOs in the large scale event

    • Effectively communicate product features, benefits to the potential customers.

  5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and report on inside sales activities and performance metrics.

    • Analyze inside sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    • Prepare and present reports to management.

  6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns and initiatives.

    • Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and insights.

    • Provide feedback to product development based on customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications

  • Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in inside sales, in Hi-tech Industry, Networking, Security, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

    • Proficiency in CRM softwares. HubSpot would be an added advantage

    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge:

    • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

    • Familiarity with the Healthcare market and trends is a plus.

Must have

  • Communication: Proficient in English speaking as well as writing skills

  • Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and continue pursuing sales opportunities.

  • Calling: Have the ability to make 100 cold calls a day

  • Track Record: Need to have a proven track record in inside sales

  • Time Management: Should be willing to work in US shifts
