- Build real time/custom dashboard by collecting data from various monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Nagios and integrate modules of GAVel with the ITSM tools like ManageEngine, ServiceNow.
- Configure Cortana Intelligence suite that is driven by Azure, HDInsight & open-source technology to aggregate information from multiple sources to deliver predictive insights on DB.
- Analyze/redesign the process workflow and alter AI algorithm in Gavel Predictions module accordingly to reduce repeated incidence. Detecting Potential Failures with complex algorithms and operate within the policies and procedures of the organization in mitigation tasks.
- Manage and maintain big data, oracle, and SQL server DB activities to seamless data retrieval for dashboard. Analyze/configure RCA and event correlation feature of GAVel with data collected from multiple sub systems that includes OS system logs, application logs, database logs, network logs.
- Configure Big data platform for the operational analysis and data porting from Gavel to other reporting systems for dashboard
