Job Description

Work Location: Remote OR Pune OR Chennai  (Work Timings- 12 noon to 9:00 p.m.)

A CIAM role at Auth0 involves implementing and supporting customer identity and access management solutions using the Auth0 platform. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementation: Configuring Auth0 for authentication, authorization, and user management; integrating it with customer applications; and setting up identity provider connections.
• Customer Support: Providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training.
• Technical Expertise: Staying up-to-date with CIAM trends, understanding security protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML), and working with APIs and SDKs.
• Security: Ensuring solutions meet security and compliance standards.
