We are seeking a skilled Wintel and VMware Server Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. As a Wintel and VMware expert, you will collaborate with various teams to support and enhance our virtualized environments and Windows-based systems. Your proficiency in troubleshooting complex server issues will be essential in resolving problems promptly and effectively. 

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Wintel and VMware server environments.

Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Collaborate with IT teams to support system integrations and upgrades.

Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for server infrastructure.

Develop and maintain documentation for server configurations and processes.

Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity.

Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Wintel and VMware Server Engineer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and VMware virtualization.

Experience with server monitoring and management tools.

Familiarity with networking protocols and firewall configurations.

Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
