Job Description

•3 years of software development, Required Documentation of applications on IBM I Platform using programming languages, as RPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, Free format, stored procs.

•Understanding of JSON and XML data formats.

•Java/RPG development on IBM i. 

•Experienced using Change Management software

•Experience with querying and reporting for DB2/400 and SQL Server databases. 

•Competency in Agile Methodology including participation in Scrum meetings. 

•Ability to use PowerPoint to visualize and communicate data, concepts, and ideas.

•Ability to use Visio/Miro/Lucid Charts to create system diagrams.

•At least 1-2 years’ Experience working with ERP systems: Infor XA /MAPICS (PCC/PMC/CAS/MRP/IFM/COM) is a plus.

•Experienced working with System link, Net link, User Exits and LPI programs and IDF development using Powerlink/Net link is a plus.

•Experience developing RESTful Webservices, SOAP, IBM WebSphere APIs

•Experience with IBM Rational Developer for I (IBM RDI), IBM Access Client Solutions (replacement for client access), and Ops Navigator tools is a plus.

•Experience working on Web based Applications in addition to AS400 is a plus.

•Domain knowledge of Manufacturing/ Supply Chain / Production and Inventory control/Finance/Order Management / Scheduling is an add on.

•Knowledge of Cloud development, and implementations is a plus.

•Understanding of T-SQL and ability to write Stored procs, function, triggers etc.

•Experience working with Change management tool as Azure DevOps/Git/Mid-Range dynamics Change management system (MDCMS) is a plus.

•Build REST APIs using IBM I IWS
