- 3 Years of professional experience, in dataengineering/data warehousing enterprise or related experience, Required.
- Knowledgewith data warehouse architectures, dimensional models, star schema designsand/or in-memory/columnar databases
- Demonstratedability to write complex SQL, T-SQL queries
- Workingknowledge in Microsoft BI stack; Specifically, Power BI & Data Factory
- Proficientin working in Microsoft Azure services and/or other cloud computing environment
- Knowledgeableon programming languages such as Spark, Spark SQL, R, Python, Java and/or Scala
- Experiencewith Database Management Systems (DBMS), specifically SQL and NoSQL.
- Knowledgewith API / RESTful data services
- Experiencewith big data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Hive, etc.
- Responsiblefor full development cycle of Data Engineering & Warehousing concepts,including requirements gathering, architecture, design, implementation, andmaintenance
- Identifyand resolve data issues to ensure the quality and consistency of data;determine and implement opportunities for automation.
- Continuouslydevelops an understanding of the data and data models within the datawarehouse, as well as an understanding of supported business domains.
- Communicateeffectively, both orally and written, to varied levels of the organization toinclude technical personnel, business managers, and senior leadership,regarding data inquiries and requests.
- Conductsand may facilitate internal testing & user acceptance testing.
- Developtechnical specifications and design documents.
