- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Define and prioritize product features based on business needs and user feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and requirements.
- Work with development teams to ensure successful delivery of product features.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and user needs.
- Monitor product usage and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders.
- Manage product backlog and prioritize feature development.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams as needed.
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
- Maintain reliable attendance.
- Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
- Experience with master data, retail data analysis, and/or customer care application support
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet.
- Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Work professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers, treating both with enthusiasm and respect.
- Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries
