- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator), Preferred
- CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), Preferred
- Advanced knowledge of analyzing existing data networks and recommend scalable and supportable solutions
- Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SD-WAN
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco Data Center architecture
- Advanced knowledge of VELO Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of supporting Cisco / Fortinet / Aruba LAN/ WAN switches
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco/Aruba/Meraki Wireless Access Points and controllers
- Advanced knowledge of working within a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC)
- Advanced knowledge of WAN Optimization implementations
- Advanced knowledge of Server Load-Balancing appliances
- Advanced knowledge of analysis/forensic tools
- Advanced knowledge of Layer 1 - 3 troubleshooting of WAN circuits with global carriers
- Experience in the design, build, deploy and maintenance of enterprise WAN and LAN networks
- Experience supporting technology internationally
- Experience in the design, build, deploy and maintenance of enterprise TDM and VOIP networks
- Experience in PBX and/or Call Center systems
- Experience with voice mail, unified messaging, ACD and IVR systems
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
- Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment
- Display empathy, understanding and patience with employees and external customers
- Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries
