Application Administrator – Tools & Automation

- Minimum 1+ years as a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Administrator
- 1+ years of experience with MECM and Intune to manage endpoints
- 1+ year of PowerShell scripting experience
- Technical and functional resolution of application problems within MECM
- Basic Active Directory experience
- Scrum/Agile team experience
- Ability and experience working directly with business partners
- Create and maintain packages and configurations within the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager environment as well as Intune
- Incident support
- Develop PowerShell scripts necessary for proper package deployment and other functions within MECM
- Support IT application integrations
- Create and maintain application and support documentation
- Assist with application upgrades
- Assist with other applications managed by team including Intune and other System Center solutions mainly Operations Manager and Orchestrator
