Job Description

Responsibilities: · Maintain the proper health, uptime, andproper functioning of the IAM SSO platform and preparing reports on HealthCheck, Compliance Check. · Work hands on with the IAM product team to maturethe management of users, groups, policies, and all aspects of the IAM Product.· Work with application development teams to onboarding applications into theSSO platform · Provide support including diagnosis and troubleshooting ofissues in the IAM platform and work efficiently to resolve them · Collaborateclosely with the Active Directory team and support the integration between IAMproduct and other key systems · Collaborate with the InfoSec Architecture team,Networking team, Sysadmin team, and other IT teams as needed to supporttroubleshooting and project tasks · Follow change management and problemmanagement procedures · Test and evaluate changes and perform deploymentsduring change windows · Document architecture and processes · Help design anddrive automation that helps achieve resilient and robust platforms that can runthemselves Requirements: · The ability to support project to accomplish goalsof project, within timelines, and juggling multiple customer projects iscritical · Must be a good team player and be able to collaborate with otherteam members to accomplish the project goals. · 1-2 years hands on experiencewith any IAM product is required. · Good understanding of authenticationmechanisms and protocols including LDAP and SAML, and key related securityconcepts such as MFA, and the ability to troubleshoot issues in this realm ·Experience in integrating applications with any IAM product for SSO ·Understanding of IT Service Management processes and concepts, such as IncidentManagement, Change Management, Problem Management, and ability to quickly adaptto adhere to those processes ·
