Job title: Service Desk Engineer


We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team and provide technical assistance to our customers. The Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to inquiries, and providing technical support. This is a full-time position, with the potential for remote work.


Job Responsibilities


• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Perform system administration tasks, such as setting up user accounts, configuring networks, and managing software

• Document customer interactions, solutions, and changes in the ticketing system

• Monitor customer support queues and respond to tickets in a timely manner

• Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest solutions

• Assist with training and onboarding of new service desk engineers

• Provide feedback and recommendations on process improvements


Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role

• Knowledge of hardware, software, and network operations

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Experience with ticketing systems and remote control software
