Senior Executive - Quality Management

Delivery Governance: Develop, maintain, and enforce delivery standards, including Agile practices, manage Infrastructure projects, metrics tracking, and reporting.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables through review processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards. 
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between delivery teams and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed, risks are mitigated, and outcomes are consistently delivered.
Data-Driven Performance: Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of delivery processes. Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to velocity, quality, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks related to project delivery timelines, scope creep, and resource allocation.

Required Skills:
  • Strong Understanding of Delivery Methodologies: Deep expertise in Scrum, Agile, Lean, or similar frameworks, with a proven track record of implementation across multiple teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Competence in using data to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement, while offering practical solutions.
